I got 40 points taken off. Basically I only had 5 points off until the end when I was told to make a left at the next light. When I switched lanes, I had to wait for a car to speed up and pass me before I could get over and by then I had gone through the light. So the instructor told me to take the next left, which was not regulated by traffic lights, it was just a break in the median divider. So I was waiting in the break, and the cars going by were going 40 and it was hard to see them coming because there was a hill. So I began to tap the gas when there was a break in traffic, only to have 5 more cars come down the road and as I hit the brakes, the instructor said stoopppp, you have to let them go its their right of way. I got 10 points off for poor judgment in traffic, 15 for failure to yield right of way, and 10 for failure to anticipate actions of others. And dangerous action: examiner had to take control. Im not trying to make excuses here, but does it seem a tad bit excessive? I mean, 10 points less and I would have passed! I'm just frustrated any advice???
