HELP! I dropped my samsung rant in water!?

Ok well, I dropped my phone in the toilet (dont ask) yesterday,
I let it sit over night to dry after I blow dried it for a lil bit.
It's still not working today.
I put it on charge, and its just, freakin out.
Like, its white screen, black screen... over and over.

But when I take the battery out, and try to turn it on,
it says samnsung like its about to load, but then it
doesnt. it does that black and white thing again.
What should I do?! I dont wanna lose all my contacts! xD
 
The water shorted out some of the circuits. The phone is gone and so, I'm afraid, are your contacts.

If you have insurance on the phone, you need to tell them you lost it. If you tell them you dropped it in water the insurance is void. Just tell them you lost it somewhere on a trip.

If you don't have insurance, then you're pretty much out of luck. The warranty does not cover abuse, and dropping it in water is considered abuse.
