Help, i dont want to be sad anymore :( still mood swings on medications?

Im taking cymbalta 60mg and Invega 3mg. Im diagnosed as being bipolar. I still am definetly noticing depressive phases like now, and after i do it, i then recognize manic phases. I know my cymbaltas already at the highest dose, but i know invega is low. what do you think he will do? I have finally been consistent on taking meds and i want to get better already i dont want to be feeling this way anymore. :(.
Thank you paige, but i am not allowed to have any fast acting anxiety meds like xanax or ativan unless im back in a psychiatric hospital. I overdosed on xanax because i got very addicted to it and suicidal, and am not told to have an addictive personality. So i cant take those meds anymore. :(.
 
Hey I was on Cymbalta, and than i switched to 40 mg of Lexapro and I take a xanax Every night. It really seemed to be much better. I take th xanax at night so i can sleep without having anxiety, and i really recommend it, but the problem is its very additcing to some people, but i never struggled with that. I think you should talk to your doctor about changeing the amount of doses and adding a anti-anxiety pill like i did it worked alot!

I take th xanax at night so i can sleep without having anxiety, and i really recommend it, but the problem is its very additcing to some people, but i never struggled with that.
