help, i dont like my body image!?

i dont need stuff about the inner beauty, but im 13, and i hate mt stomach, i have fat there and when i sit it causes rolls. i want to flatten it and burn the fat before june. i need help and am willing to do anything.
i live in the city so its almost impssible for me to run.
 
- Go jogging every day
- If you usually eat a snack after you get home from school, eat lots of fruit
- (Before you take a shower) Start with 5 crunches the first day. The next day, do 10 crunches. The day after that, do 15 crunches or so on. (Or you can start with a larger amount of crunches on the first day) Do this for atleast a month.
 
Start eating better go jogging walk and join some sports don't spend all your time on the computre or watching tv..
 
You have to eat less fatty foods and more fruits & veggies.
And you as well need to do some crunches, ab strengthening exercises, and get on some ab machines at the gym( if you can).
 
What i would do is exercise everyday or every other day, try to cut out unhealthy food, and just don't worry i bet you are beautiful the Way you are dont care what other people think the opinion that maters is yours.
