This is one of the dumbest things I have done. I am making Alton Coleman's Pulled Pork Sandwich. In the dry rub he calls for 3 tablespoons paprika. I went to the store and bought fresh spices. I looked at my little bag and thought I had paprika. I made the rub and put it on the pork and let it marinade over night. It has been cooking about 3 hours and I realized I used chile powder 40,000 volts instead. I thought it smelled weird. Is there anything I can do for this? It is 7 pound of meat and I do not want to throw it out. DUMB< DUMB< DUMB
