HELP!! I can't get a video pic on my tv but I hear the audio, can someone please help...

...me? Yea so I need help. I can hear audio to my xbox 360 hooked up to the tv but there is no video display!! how frustrating!! The tv is almost 20 yrs old but works great. The red, yellow & white cables were put into the video input on the back of the tv from the xbox. I don't have the original remote for this tv cuz it is so old. I am having trouble even programming a universal remote from best buy. Can someone please help me troubleshoot this?? i am dying to play my games, thanks so much
