Help! I am trying to fill out my moms Work history report for disability...

...claim! Need description of field work? My mom has been working in the fields and in packing houses all her life. She is now too tired, and disabled, due to this manual labor. We are trying to get her disability through the SSA and they sent this Work History Report. I want to make sure that it sounds as good as possible. Does anyone have good descriptions of a field worker that will show that she can no longer do the duties necessary for that type of work. My mom has a very bad knee, arthritis, and kidney problems that don't let her be under the sun. Please help!
 
I don't know but I am tired and my joints are creaky. Can I get SSI. Or do I have to make a job change to something less physically stressful.
