Hi everyone and thanks for reading:
I work two jobs and go to school at night, so I think it has something to do with all of that, but you never know.
I have had this issue for a few months now. My alarm goes off in the morning and I feel like I could turn over and sleep for a few more hours. Most of the time I am awake at most 30 min. before my alarm, but still feel like I could go back to sleep. I usually get about 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night.
I will be good through the morning, but around 2-3:00 in the afternoon I feel like I could fall asleep again. I sometimes feel like it is bedtime that is how tired I am. I have started drinking coffee on those days when I work both jobs...stopping to get a cup on my way to job number two just to stay awake through the time I'm there.
On days when I don't have to get up to an alarm I still feel like going back to sleep after waking up. Even on those stress-free days I am still falling asleep around 2-3:00 in the afternoon.
I just want to have one tired free day
