Help! I am about to purchase a Toyota Rav 4.?

It is a 55 plate 3 door XTR-3 with a sports package. It is priced up at £8990, I have negotiated it down to £8500. It is through a dealer and comes with a full MOT, FSH, 4 months tax, a years warranty on parts and labour. It is immaculate and has just 36,500 miles. Is this a fair price? I have looked on Auto trader and it seems about right, but I just want to ensure that I am not being ripped off. Any advice would be greatly recieved. Thanks
