Help how to transfer musics on Nokia C7?

Hello, I have a phone nokia c7 and i don't know where/how to transfer music on my phone. I don't know where should I place in the music files. What folder name should I transfer it? I don't have yet a memory card since my phone has a 8GB memory already... Also, my sim card doesn't seem to read by my phone... I don't see my inbox messages. Please help..
