HELP! How to sync iPhone to iTunes?

yes. Syncing is the same thing as backing up your phone to the computer. It does not delete anything. But to be safe, right click on ur iphone's name when it appears on itunes, and click back up. Hope this helps!

Recently, I made another account on our Mac for me to use. And obviously, upon opening the iTunes, it's empty. And I'm afraid that, after plugging my iPhone in and clicking sync, it will erase everything on my iPhone because there's nothing in the iTunes.

SO. Is there a way I can transfer my songs on my iPhone to my iTunes? Will syncing do the trick?
