Help, how do you remove blood stains from the trunk and the interior of a car?

it's a 76 mustang, if that makes a difference.
also, this is a kind of bizarre question, but how exactly would someone *hypothetically* get rid of the DNA in blood if it's already dried or if it's still damp?
