My son bought my daughter and I a small freezer market pack of 4 T-bone steaks and 6 filet mignon. I have no idea how to prepare the later. I have only eaten the filet mignon in an up-grade restaurant prepared by a chef and that was several years ago when my husband was alive. I Love both but can't afford steaks like this on my small income now and refuse to pay the price for them. I don't want to ruin these knowing my son must have paid dearly for them.
