...be responsible for own injury? Hi, my name is brad and I am wanting to set up a free social off road non registeredd motor bike group for families so that even the kids can ride on any type of dirt bike. I have been offered farmers properties to ride on, but I nor the farmers want to be responsible for any liability if anyone was to come off there bike/quad. It is very expensive these days to go to motocross tracks and basically we are wanting to create a place to make friends, camp and have a great time. Can anyone please tell me if there is some kind of Disclaimer or something along them lines that I am able to put in place, so that I can create website and get the ball rolling. Thanks and please help if you can.

Location Adelaide,Australia

Cheers Brad

whoever's property you use is ultimately responsible, unless you are trespassing and I doubt you can get around that

wryte up a waver print it off and make everybody sign it make sure u dont leave any loop holes in it and everyone who goes cant ride unless they sign it
