...responsible for own injury? Hi, my name is brad and I am wanting to set up a free social off road non registeredd motor bike group for families so that even the kids can ride on any type of dirt bike. I have been offered farmers properties to ride on, but I nor the farmers want to be responsible for any liability if anyone was to come off there bike/quad. It is very expensive these days to go to motocross tracks and basically we are wanting to create a place to make friends, camp and have a great time. Can anyone please tell me if there is some kind of Disclaimer or something along them lines that I am able to put in place, so that I can create website and get the ball rolling. Thanks and please help if you can.

Location Adelaide,Australia

Cheers Brad

wryte up a waver print it off and make everybody sign it make sure u dont leave any loop holes in it and everyone who goes cant ride unless they sign it

whoever's property you use is ultimately responsible, unless you are trespassing and I doubt you can get around that
