Hi,
I was wondering what might cause a high WBC for over 3 months? Mine has went from 12 to 16 over the last few months. I have had several Infections back to back and have been on several antibiotics. As soon as I finish the antibiotic, I seem to get sick again. I have had bronchitis, sinus Infections, bladder Infections etc...
I recently had to get on medication to shut my Thyroid down, and take Synthroid. I have Graves disease. Would this cause a high white count? My Endo wants me to see a hematologist this month to check for Leukemia. Do any of these nurabers look off? My recent blood work nurabers. Glucose 84, BUN 15, Creatine 0.82,-GFR 76,- GFR Af-AM 92,- Sodium 142,- Potassium 3.8, -Chloride 102, -CO2 28,- Calcium 9.6,- WBC 16,- HGB 12.9.,- Htc 38.8,- RBC 4.40,- MCV 88.3,- MCH 29.3,-MCHC 33.2,- Platelet 392,- RDW 13.5,-Neutro 63.6,- Lymph 26.0,- Mono 5.3,- Baso 0.7,- Eos4.5,- D Dimer H0.64
