Help! Having trouble sticking to diet/exercise routine!?

I have absolutely NO will power when it comes to these things. I used to be 130 lbs at 5'7'' which was average for my height. In the past few months, I have gotten up to 155 lbs. I know it's not THAT much, but I still wish I could be back to 130 lbs. Any tips on how to stay motivated? Or maybe an idea for a not-so-intimidating diet/exercise routine? Thanks!
