Help had sprint v3m flashed to cricket and it still has sprint power vision on phone

Just yesterday I had a sprint razr v3m flashed to cricket. Having a few probs already. When I call my house phone from my cell a totally different nuraber comes up on the caller id. The worse problem is that I can't access the net and can't save pics or videos on camcorder. The phone is still trying to connect to sprint's power vision, the phone doesn't have cricket clicks on it. Could someone tell me how to solve this problem? or do I have to go in to a dealer and have the techs solve this prob?
 
actually I didn't do any programming on the phone, a guy at a little mom-and-pop shop said that he was "flashing" the phone. But I knew something was wrong, b/c when I realized my pics wouldn't save and I kept seeing power vision, I called him and he said that you have to call cricket and they will give you the code. @ss! Thanxs for the help! One question. When flashing the phone do I have to have a usb cable from the phone to the computer?
 
Yes, but ANY Mini-USB cable will work. I have one that I use for my old digital camera that works perfect with the phone.

Also, if you want to mail the phone out, I can flash it for you.
 
Do you need the MP3 player or flash card slot? If so follow the directions in the link.

If you don't need it then its very simple. You can flash it yourself in 20 minutes. PM me. I'll walk you thru it.
