so i used to have anorexia and am now bulimic (sometimes) just for some background info.
anyway does anyone have a solution to how to get out of the restricting then binging, then restricting cycle? it's getting sort of tiring and i just wont to get out. i know that if i eat "normally" i risk binging still so i feel i may as well restrict because at least then my weight remains sort of stable give or take a few pounds.
