Help Getting back my pre baby body!!!!?

I gave birth to my goregous 11 week old daughter and am still stuck in this blob of a body. My start weight was 124 and at term i was 156, 11 weeks later i am stuck at 136, no change at all for the last few weeks. I eat right, count callories, and make great food choices, I do jilliam micheals 30 day shread video 4 to five times a week for the last 3 weeks. I definetley feel stronger and have better endurace from it, bit i can'y really see it when i look in the mirror. Any help is greatly appriciated
 
Swim athletically (2 hours a day, 6 days a week, like a maniac trying to hunt down a fish and eat it) , it helps more than any other types of workouts and doesn't have as much muscle strain, you should see progress in about 2 months. I am a swimmer and I know.
 
hey dont freak out, it sounds like you are doing everything right (: sometimes when u change ur eating habits or start to lose weight, your body wont recognize this as a good thing at first and go into store mode. but after a couple weeks that will change and your body will start to show u results in the mirror., good luck (:
 
You only had your baby 11 weeks ago, many people haven't lost the weight a year after they have the baby! Continue breastfeeding, that burns a lot of calories, also try some cardio, push the baby around the neighborhood in a stroller, especially up and down any hills, if they are by you. Also remember that your body has changed, your extra weight may be in your breasts or different parts of your body. But it's so important to remember that it may take awhile, don't put any pressure on yourself.
