I began to refofrmat my Gateway GM 5472 because it was taking 4-5 hours to turn on and now it seems to be a HD problem and a pop up saying Error 0x20011002000100A appears and then it tries again to reformat which it only allows me to use full system restore and then the problem repeats again.
Is my HD done what can I do If anthing
Gateway doesn't want to help because I am no longer warranty even though it seems to be a manufacture error.
