Help gaining weight!

I have gone through my life always being skinny. To the point that I feel like I look anorexic. I am about 5'10'' and currently weight about 133lbs. My normal weight it anywhere between 135lbs and 140lbs. But I want to get up to about 150lbs. I have been told that once I had my daughter it would take a while for me to loose the baby weight. But the day that I had her I weighed 165lbs when being admitted and I was 135lbs when I left. I have been trying to gain weight for about 10 years now, but it seems like no matter what I do I just end up loosing weight.

I am just looking for some suggestions or advice.

Try to go to gym. You should visit gym something about 4 times at week. You should have hard training. You should eat at the same time (2 hours before training). After 1 month of training you can try eat "weight gainer" (Mass 2 or creatin).

For example,
You have gym at Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 17.00 o`clock. You should have lunch at 15.00 o`clock. Boiled eggs, chicken, meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, potatoes, and first of all yogurts, curd, milk cheese, sweet buns, but for you i think effect will appear after 2-3 mounts ...
