I'm 5' 8" and about 160 pounds. I think I'm probably in decent shape, I played sports in highschool and through college I've stayed pretty active- I also watch what I eat.
I've decided I'd like to put on some muscle, maybe about 20 pounds. I know it will take a very long time and I'm willing to dedicate myself to it and make it happen.
Unfortunately I really don't know where to start. Are there some good websites about building muscle that I can look into? Or does anybody have any good advice? I'd appreciate any help at all.
