help!!!! friend ignoring call type crisis!!!!?

Okay, so me and my friend arranged to hang at my house but she got up late and missed her bus. She got one that was an hour later and waited in town to get the bus to mine. But instead I got a call from her saying to meet her in town so we could hang there instead. I was cool with that, I thought it would be fun so I said yeah, the bus comes in an hour. But then about 45 minutes later I got a call saying she is with some other people (some I knew some I didn’t really know (or like) ) and saying do you know where this park is. I said no, so she said no worries go to Alice's house and we'll direct you. I really didn’t want to go, but instead of saying that I said cool, I'll get the bus, it comes really soon, so see you then. The 15 came and passed and instead of getting the bus I stayed at home. She called me saying where are you but I just said the bus hadn’t gotten there yet. 10 minutes later she calls again asking if I’m on the bus. I said no. It’s not here yet. I think I may of missed it and I also said I'd walk home and check the bus times. She called me again 10 minutes later saying what is the plan. I said well the next bus isn’t for another hour but my mom is home soon so she could drop me off. Basically long story short there were more phone calls and more excuses from me (I’m about to have dinner. It’s not ready yet. I’ve got to eat it now) until basically I just ignored the phone calls. 11 missed calls :/ I don’t know what to say to her or how to apologise. I feel dead bad but I just didn’t want to go and me being me, I couldn‘t say no (I really can‘t say no to people and I don‘t know why)... What should I do? I don’t even now where to start? Any excuses? Anything that could get me out of it? I just don’t know how to say sorry. Eurgh. I must seem like such a lame person… But I feel AWFUL =/
