Help for HTC CLIC100

I have a probleme with my HTC CLIC100
It just vibrate when pressing power button and no display ,just lighting continiously and can't power it off
please help it's URGENT

Connect to PC using USB cable. if PC detects then flash it.

Try to get recovery mode by pressing special key combination.
