I see many posts on here from people who wish to find answers to self detox from drugs and alcohol. This can be very dangerous, please people I encourage you to seek the proper avenues to get real treatment for your addiction and proper aftercare or else your current dilemma will continue to haunt you. As a recovering addict myself I know firsthand the horrors of addiction . The highest form of love you can show to yourself or your family merabers is to get help from PROFESSIONALS in the medical and substance abuse field. Trying to do it on your own is just gonna be like putting a napkin on a bullet wound.
