Help, flashing red light ticket in louisiana?

So i was on sherwood, it was late on my way home, i was on about 35mph, then i saw a yellow light, i know that there is no way i can stop, so i keep going, and less than a second later the light turns red and i saw a flash..
This is my first time, is it mean a ticket???
If so then how long will it take to get in the mail??
How much would it be?? It my first time
Would my insurance go up if i have allstate??
Do i have to go to court for this??im 17
Will ot help if i just pray god that i wont have a ticket??
Plz help i really need this qirstoon answer

2-4 weeks.
About $200 is normal.
It will if the case is not dismissed in court.
A court date will be set but you have the option of paying the fine before the date. But if you do appear in court and successfully plead that you could not have stopped safely it will most likely be dismissed.
Not really, God can't see into the inefficient mess that is our legal system.
 
Unless it was a UFO lol yea you probibly got a speeding ticket. in my area under 2 speeding tickets (under 50km ) your insurance doesnt go up... good luck.
