HELP!! FLASH PLAYER WONT WORK!!?

i had no problems whatsoever until flash player 9 came out. after that whenever i go to youtube i have to uninstall the current flash player and then i have to go get the new flash player. i have to do this every single time i turn my computer on because as soon as i shut it down the flash player stays installed on my computer but for some reason it dosent want to work!!!
PLEASE HELP!!
my computer is a windows vista home premium 2008. ive never had problems with it up until now.

i already tried erasing and installing flash but whenever i shut down and turn it back on it says that i need to download the latest flash player.
 
Wow. Take it easy. What kind of computer is it? if it is an old old old model then there is only one thing to do. Erase the flash player. To do this go to where ever you got it, then go to erase current flash player, and get a new one. If that does not work, you are pretty much out of lick, sorry! If it is a new computer, Than I have nothing but to install a older version. Flash player nine was not my favorite either bro.
