Help Fish tank water has clouded?

Ok so just a few minutes ago i did a water change and the water went all cloudy. Five days prior to this water change i just finished treatment for fin rot with maracyn and maracyn two and the box on maracyn two said to do a 25% water change which i just did and it went all cloudy on me. The box also said to put active carbon in to clear the rest of the cloudiness but i just replaced the pack 3 weeks ago and do not want to make a new filter bag any help would be great. I am running the filter right now.
 
Sit it out, it may go clear in a few hours, or maybe by morning.

If not, put the active carbon in. Active carbon loses its effectiveness quite fast, less than a month actually...

Could it be that the gravel was dirty? Pouring the water in could have mixed up crud hidden in the gravel...
