Help! First time cooking with SOY FOOD. It's Taco Night!?

My family is having tacos tonight and I asked them to buy me soy food so I wouldn't have to eat beef. Well now I don't know how I should cook the soy food so that it goes well with my taco.
Can anyone help me and offer a recipe or anything?

is it ground beef substitute soy? or just a big chunk of tofu

if it is a hamburger sub just cook like reg hamburger....only less time as it is already cooked and basically needs seasoned and warmed

as for a chunk of tofu I have no idea....
