Help finding this movie!?

I don't remember EVERYTHING about it, but from what i remember its atleast 4 years old, i think it came out the same time as disturbia, but anyways it was about a guy and he had a Gf or maybe a best friend whom is a girl (Cant remember) And then all of a sudden theres a guy blowing stuff up and the guy is linked to the main character which he tries to figure out and he cant, but then he finds out it was him, and the girl whom was a friend or girlfriend happened to also be him, i tried googling multiple personality syndome movies but it did not work.. Anyone with any information about this movie will be greatly appreciated! TY

You should clear about your interest first.If i do recommend you a quality action movie but you like the movies on arts and culture then that movie will not be proved good for your self so please clear this first.
