Trying to find the title of a movie.
Sorry, I can't remember much about it
I think there was a kinda of observation room which had a window. The window allowed those in the observation room to go through to different places or histories in time. I remember one scene where someone came back through the window and every one in the observation room was moving in slow motion.
I think the film was made in the 1970's.
