Help figuring out scholarship and financial aid options for college?

I'm starting to look into colleges and how I'm going to work out the financials. I'm not really sure how much information is needed to determine what all I qualify for, or possibly qualify for, but here is some information:

I'm 17 and going to be a senior this year.
I plan to attend a school, in state. Which would be in Kentucky.
I plan to major in education and possibly minor in creative writing.
I got a 27 on my ACT. My best combined scores from all three times I've taken it puts it at a 29.
My GPA is 3.6 unweighted and 3.7 weighted.

My parents are divorced. My mother alone currently supports me. She's a teacher and has her rank 1.
I have four siblings. One of which will quite possibly be attending college the same time I am.
My dad served in Iraq and is in the Navy reserves.

Based off that information, does anyone know any possible financial aid whether it be scholarships or grants that I could recieve? Any details about anything would be great.

Thank you!

Your grades are irrelevant. You will have to include both parents' income, whether or not they are still married. The fact that there will be 2 dependents in college at the same time makes a difference, as well as your father being in the military.
