Help expanding my business, any suggestions?

Hi

I have a smal business in London that makes shoes, now for the last 7 months we have been losing money, we get very few orders,and the staff salary, rent, everything is paid out of my personal account.


I am consideing expanding to maybe france, germany and other countries.


What do you suggest, i dont know what the cause is, but i think there is more demand there.
