Hi, I really want to start being more healthy and active, and overall I really want to lose some weight (I want to lose 20 pounds). I'm in college so the best time for me to work out is in the morning and at night. My question is, is walking enough to lose weight? Let's say I walk briskly for an hour every day, and eat healthy options, do you think it is possible to lose weight? If not what about the elliptical? Thanks!
