help error 37 in ipod touch 2nd gen

im trying to restore my itouch 2nd gen

it gives me error 37

i used diffrent pc, format twice
use diffrent version diffrent hub including the main hub

what should i do

by now the error 37 means
error -37 bdNamErr: there may be no bad names in the final system!

dont know what it means

help in need
