Help!! Does Sprint warranty/insurance cover this?

I bought a Samsung Moment from Sprint with a 2 year contract and warranty. The phone gave me a lot of problems and Sprint fixed them all for free and gave me new batteries and even eventually a replacement phone for free. I was tired of the Moment so I bought a Blackberry Tour and then switched my number over and sold the Moment.

I was trying to fix the rhinestones on the case of the Tour and accidentally spilled the glue on the End button and letter P. They are now stuck ugh. I tried using a little acetone and got the glue off of it but it is still stuck and I used a little rubbing alcohol and then the black paint came off part of the End button. Im so frustrated now!!!!

I know it is something that I did but can I still bring it to the Repair store and say it got stuck and I dont know how? Will they fix it? Is there a chance of getting a replacement phone again? Also, my moment was still under warranty but does that cover the Tour I just got? Is there a separate warranty for it because it was a certified used Tour from Sprint.com and I literally just got it a month ago.

It will also under Sprint 30 day satisfaction guarantee for another week. Will they accept it if it looks used or can I complain it didnt work for the full month?


What can I do???
