Help, do I have an ulcer?

I have really bad Acid reflux and I take the proper meRAB for it,


disallowed subject



after I smoke I am in extreme discomfort in my chest and left peck, my left peck is a little reddish and larger than the other and thats where the pain is, my stool has been black for about 2 weeks and I am losing weight.
 
I would see your doctor, you may have a bleeding ulcer if you have black stools.It's nothing to ignore. I had a stomach ulcer which caused pain but it wasn't bleeding and healed.
 
Black & Tar consistency stools are a sign of blood in your digestive system. If this is you, you definitely want to see your doctor about this. It could be from many things, even a reaction to your meRAB, dont delay.
