HELP!!! DEBATE ON PORNOGRAPHY!!!!?

I'VE BEEN RESEARCHING ON MY DEBATE TOPIC, WHICH IS: SHOULD PORNOGRAPHY WHICH OBJECTIFIES WOMEN BE BANNED? I'M DOING THE CON SIDE WHICH WAS ASSIGNED TO ME. I DON'T KNOW ON WHAT I SHOULD BASED MY ARGUMENT ON. MAYBE FREE EXERCISE? FREE SPEECH? ANY HELP HERE?
I NEED LEGAL REASONS KINDA... IT'S FOR POLITICAL SCIENCE

banning something because it objectifies women? there are girls that look at porn(yes there is a playgirl), unless they only want to ban the porn that guys look at, who are you partnered up with, some stupid womenist?
 
Well , you can say it is a form of art because most women are easy to look at, it doesn't matter if it is naked women or naked (ahem) men, this is free speech.
 
Many child molesters, rapists, adulterers, etc. have admitted to using pornography (heavily) and it is proven to have negative effects on people in various ways (not just sexual). There's tons of info and personal stories out there, just look it up. I did a paper on this.
 
As long as the women are not coerced it should not be an issue. If the person doing the porn pumps the women up with drugs or in some other way coerces them, then yes, that should not be allowed.
