HELP! cramps, dull pain in my lower back. a little gassy. hot flashes.?

but i took a pregnancy test and it said no.still no period either. i had like 2 days with a light clear discharge but thats it, so whats the deal?
 
thats what happened to my mom when she was pregnant with my brother.
I'd see a doctor. pregnancy tests aren't always accurate
 
All the above were my symtoms in the first 3 weeks n the test was negative wait another week or so & take a next one it may come bk positive like mines did!

you could have an ovarian cyst. you should definitely see a doctor if it isnt getting better
 
I'm having the same thing I also had a negitive pregnantcy test and spotting =/ the pains now all over lol i want it tooo stop i'm waiting 12 more days to see if i get my next period if not i'll test again fingers crossed!
