Help! Configuring Car Audio System.?

I just got a new car and I want to put in some aftermarket speakers. I don't know a whole lot about it, here's what I put together...will it work?

Head unit (already in, Sony Xplod 52W X 4)
Alpine SPR-13S (5 1/4" + 1" Component System, Pair 100W per side)
Alpine SPS-400 (4" 2 way pair 45W per speaker)
2 Alpine SWR-1022 (10" Subwoofers, 500W)
Alpine MRP-F600 (4 channel, 100W per channel amp)
2 Alpine MRP-M500 (mono amp, 500W)
Stock 2" Mid-Hi (unknown wattage, already in the car)
Stock 6" Woofer (unknown wattage, already in the car)

So my thoughts were to power the Stock 2" and the Alpine 4" with the Head Unit. Power each subwoofer with its own 500W amp, and power the Stock 6" Woofer and the Alpine 5 1/4" Component Pair (through included crossover) with the 4 channel Alpine Amp.

Will this work?

All wattages given are RMS, not peak. Also, the speakers are the correct size for the car without having to modify the interior.

Thanks in advance!!

It'll definately work but I'd upgrade the HU. All that nice Alpine equipment with that Sony Xplod just don't sound right. You'll have to replace it anyway before any of the other stuff so you might as well replace it all at once.
