Whenever I try to connect to my downstairs desktop PC (Running WinXP SP3), I get an error message that reads ERROR 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET). I've looked into it and for a lot of people, it's a Chrome specific problem, but for me Firefox and IE also don't work.
Also, I am connected to my router and I recently reset it because it wasn't working. How do I fix this?
It sometimes allows me to access websites but very rarely. Also, I have full internet connection.
