help changing a bike tire??? 10 PTS for best answer!!?

i have too issues with my bike,
1 i have a flat tire and i dont know how to take the wheel off. i have disk breaks, how do i do it?

2 my seat is loose in the front so i get poked by it if i sit on it. how do i fix that also?
