Help! Can't view Pics

I'm new to this forum. Just bought my 2010 UG a month ago. I have a question about forum permissions. I'm registered and can post (obviously!) but when somebody posts a link to a photo, I get a message saying "...you do not have permission to access this page..."

Is there some setting I have to make in my control panel?

if your registered .you may try putting in your user name and password
