HELP CANT SLEEP AND I HAVE SCHOOL IN THE MORNING?

Should I pull an all nighter I have school I can't sleep I need help any sugestions??? And I can't go out side my bed room cause my parents are awake any tips so I can get to sleep its 12:14 at night and I cnat sleep I'm wide awake I'm catigorizing this in any subject so don't mention any thing about wron catigory or my spelling
