help calculating for a bra size or trying figure what bra size I am.?

I keep using online bra size calculators and keep getting differant sizes, here are the measurements chest is 31.5 / 32 when measured loosely and 33 when measursed loosely. Bust measures 40 which is snug (meaning not loose or tight) it measures 39 which is very snug. I do not know how to calculate to find the right size/fit I would greatly apperciate it. Thanks
