Help!! Bluetooth can't connect to any device?

My bluetooth on my laptop can't detect any device, it can't be detected too.
I wanted to download some stuffs to my phone but i can't.

please help.
yeah..my laptop supports bluetooth.
my bluetooth is on and enabled.

I can actually use my bluetooth before and then i dont know what happened.
