Help Blackberry 8520

Can somebody help i have been given a Blackberry Curve 8520 is dosnt make or receiving any calls (go's right to voicemail) same go's for texts to the network provider shows up on the front screen and the singal bar go's up and down and has signal too ? i have reset all the phone back to standerd setting's still not joy ? there is no call barring or anythink either and no damage to the phone its like brand new ???

Gsm Docter Thanks but how do you restore and check ? i have done all the reset's hard reset and soft and wiped if all too but still won't work ? thanks
