HELP BIG DEBATe I am new and need help please?

I need to make my opening speech that has too be five minutes long, Can anyone help I need both sides and it is for Juveniles going to jail for life with no parole.... Can anyone help me? This is our first debate and out coach has not really had enough time too help us with this. Please help me
