I'm on a committee that's organising a charity ball for the local hospice. It's turned into something quite upmarket and now have 10 local (North East) celebs taking part in a dancing competition (a little like 'Strictly'). I've been 'volunteered' to dress up a room for the 'meet the celebs night', when we and local media will be there to introduce ourselves, start the marketing campaign and discuss plans etc. Any ideas what I could do to give the room more of a 'ballroom feel' for the photographers and to whet the appetite somewhat (it's a white modern room in the hospice)? All answers gratefully received!!
